A pear-shaped amethyst sits at the heart of each of these ornate gold drop earrings, giving a rich purple accent in a warm 9ct yellow gold setting. The stones weigh approximately 1.00ct in total, and each is held in a smooth bezel. An open teardrop frame of fine gold wire surrounds the amethyst, finished with scrolls and small gold beads that add a delicate, granulated detail. Light and pretty, they have a feminine, slightly romantic character and bring a little colour to the ear.
