Jenny Jones Jewellery accepts payment by the following credit and debit cards in store and on our website at Jennyjonesjewellery.com:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. Payment by PayPal is accepted online, at our website only.

If you wish to change or add to your order you can do so by visiting a store or calling the store 0161 839 0102. Any changes however could delay the full order so please check when amending your order by asking a member of staff.

If you wish to cancel an order please visit one of our stores or call our store to arrange a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns.

Acceptance of order

For orders placed in store a receipt will be provided at the point of sale. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail order acknowledgement. It is important that your correct e-mail address is provided at the time of purchase. Jenny Jones Jewellery accepts your order at the time full payment is made.

Home Delivery

For your convenience we offer a variety of delivery options. These options can be found on our website www.jennyjonesjewellery.com. Alternatively, please contact our store.


At the time of publication on our website, all product descriptions are believed accurate. Errors and omissions excepted. Representations of colours are approximate only due to the limitations of the photographic, reproduction and printing process. There may therefore be a difference between the actual product and photographs of it on our website. All measurements and weights are approximate.

Whilst we endeavour to maintain advertised products we reserve the right to change them and to discontinue particular products as we consider necessary. This will not affect any orders that have already been accepted.


The price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of vat at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

Your right to cancel under Distance Selling

Right to cancel

Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from our website you have a right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days after the date on which the product(s) was (were) collected by you in store or delivered to you.

Where multiple items form part of the same order but have been delivered separately, your right to cancel starts 14 calendar days after the date on which the last product(s) was (were) collected by you in store or delivered to you.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
This right does not apply to any bespoke product(s), to any product(s) which have been altered, to any product(s) which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such earrings, or to any products you purchase in store.

Effects of cancellation

In order to receive a full refund, all we ask is that you return the product(s) in perfect condition and in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.

We withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) back. We will refund you without undue delay, and not later than 30 days from the day you return any products supplied or provide us with evidence that you have returned them. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the initial transaction.

You will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us, except where goods might have been delivered to you in error or where the product is faulty or not as described.

If your order comprises of multiple items, you can cancel and return any of the items individually or in combination.


This applies to online returns only.

At Jenny Jones Jewellery we hope that you love your purchase but in case you should want to return it, we are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange on any of our items returned unworn, with security tag intact and a copy of the original receipt within 14 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

We do fully advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
To request to return your item please email shop@jennyjonesjewellery.com or telephone 0161 839 0102 to obtain a returns reference number within 7 days of delivery. Please let us know the reasons for return.

Please note:
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Altered (including resizing) and engraved items are also non returnable.

Bespoke items are also exempt from return and exchange under any circumstances due to this item not being standard stock, this has been made uniquely for the you .

Jenny Jones Jewellery does not accept returns of any items that have been worn and have also had the security tag removed. If any item(s) has been received without a tag, customer should notify us on the same day they receive the item(s)

We offer two options for returning your purchase to us.

Return by Post

Items can be returned direct to Jenny Jones Jewellery within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.  Please address your returned package to:

Within the package make sure you have relevant documentation for the refund process (original receipt and return reference number)

Please note:
We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay return postage charges.

Insurance for returning items is highly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches Jenny Jones Jewellery.

For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we recommend that you send the goods back to Jenny Jones Jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of notification. Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Return to our Store

Online purchases may be returned to Jenny Jones store.

Please bring the original receipt and the item(s) you wish to return and our store will be pleased to process your refund or exchange to the same amount as purchased.

How to return faulty goods (Online)

In order to return faulty item(s) you must obtain a Returns reference number by emailing us at shop@jennyjonesjewellery.com and follow the definitive returns process as specified above.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the item(s) are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within 30 days after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage regarded as normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Where possible items may be repaired on request, but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.

It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service which will be quoted in advance before any work carried out, this will also cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.


When returning items to Jenny Jones Jewellery, the item(s) must be in perfect condition with original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt.

If the return surpasses the time frame provided, it will be at the discretion of Jenny Jones Jewellery to allow an exchange or credit note for the piece of jewellery to the same value.

Receiving your refund.

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. The refund will be in the same form as original payment.

Alternatively, you can request a credit note that can be used against future purchase at www.jennyjonesjewellery.com or in store.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item from Jenny Jones Jewellery as a gift you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us on 0161 839 0102 or email shop@jennyjonesjewellery.com to arrange this.

Your Manufacturing Guarantee

Jenny Jones Jewellery have a wide range of products which are all tested to ensure they are of the highest standard and quality. We guarantee all products for 1 year from purchase.
Where your product is covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion provide one of the following free of charge:

  • Repair
  • A replacement where the product is deemed irreparable.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions and exclusions


  • Product must be purchased from Jenny Jones Jewellery website or from our store;
    Original store/gift receipt or email order confirmation must be provided;
    The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product


  • General wear and tear;
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper storage of the product;
  • Products which are repaired by an unauthorised repair agent.

Any replacement or repair of any product will not extend the original guarantee period. Any product provided by way of replacement or exchange of the product originally purchased will be guaranteed for the remainder of the guarantee period applicable to the original product. Where store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be provided Jenny Jones reserve the right to assess the condition of a product and determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.

In the event a product is outside of your guarantee period we will endeavour to repair or replace if the product is still available.

In the unlikely event that you need to claim under the terms of this guarantee, please visit or telephone the store.

Nothing in this guarantee will affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Traditional Gift Voucher

Traditional gift voucher can be purchased in store.

  • Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for any goods purchased from our store. Not for online use
  • To spend in store please present your gift voucher at the till point.

Delivery Information

  • Special Delivery: For your added security you may choose to have your gift card sent by special delivery which should arrive within 2 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
